Coaches are the team's owners and staff: anyone who can build or manage the playbook. Players have view-only access. Pending invitations hold a seat until they're accepted or revoked.
No. One subscription covers the whole team. Players and staff join free through an email invitation.
Yes. Every team starts on Free. Owners can upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page whenever they like. Moving between Basic, Plus and Pro takes effect straight away and is prorated.
Nothing is deleted. You keep every playbook, play and member. You just can't add more until you're back under the new plan's limits.
Yes. Pro covers 2 teams you own, such as a varsity and a JV team, at no extra cost: 10 coaches per team; 50 players per team; 250 plays, drills and maps, shared by both teams. For more teams, Association starts with 3 and lets you add as many as you need.
The base price covers up to 3 teams. Each team after that adds $15.99 a month. Add or remove teams from the Billing page and the next invoice is prorated. Every team gets unlimited playbooks and plays.
Pay for 12 months up front and save 10%. You can switch from monthly to annual, or upgrade an annual plan, at any time; you're charged the prorated difference straight away. Downgrades and switching back to monthly take effect when the year renews.
We bill in US dollars by card through Stripe. Cancel any time from Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans aren't refunded for unused months.
